At ADZYCOM, we offer a replacement policy within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within seven days of receiving the order.

Replacement requests will be accepted only if the product is unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Customers must provide clear images or an unedited parcel opening video as proof when raising a replacement request. Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

No refunds are provided under this policy. ADZYCOM reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a replacement. Courier or handling charges may apply where applicable.
